「The hot tub was not on the property but was accessible through the property next-door, which was a little bit of a walk. Would have given it five stars if it wasn’t for the terrible individual at check-in. I don’t remember his name, but he stayed in the room in the back, not in the front where he belonged. He checked me into a room with no view actually a view with the wood fence could not see anything it felt like a prison cell. Call down to change room and was given a room on the third floor...

「The website was misleading. There was no bar out by the pool. The bar by the oceanfront was supposed to serve food according to the website, but it didn’t. It was only open from 5 to 8. The room had a really bad smell coming out of the air conditioner which maintenance tried to fixed by cleaning the filter, but they just sprayed stuff in it to make it smell fruity for about a day then it went away and went back to the smell. I was there for six nights, smelling it the drain in the bathroom in...

The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. 「The property is beautiful and tucked away from the main strip. Quiet resort, clean rooms, beautiful sauna and beach area. The seaweed was bad this year and so it smelled terribly, but that's all on mother nature. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, dog friendly, overall a great experience. Plenty of food options on property and happy hour during the day. No bell service which is why I took off a star... the elevator was out when we were leaving so had to haul suitcases down 3 flights of...
