The Guest House is attached to the owner's residence but is spacious, well designed, and decorated beautifully. We are a family of 7 who live 5,000 miles apart who met in Marin County for Christmas. Most all california motels are more expensive. Recommend this for a budget minded solo traveler. Just be safe with the neighborhood. It is a bad neighborhood full of drugs and homelessness. ”

“First let me say, we had a great time at this property. This is a small house in the city. Great location. We could walk to restaurants and play pickleball at the playground next store. It had three good size bedrooms, with super comfy beds. Only one real bathroom and shower, as the second bathroom was tiny and only had a toilet. But we managed to make it work, once we figured out how to get the hot water. I finally broke down on the second day and messaged the host, and he responded very……
