“Check-in lady was fantastic - made you truly feel at home Room in good condition with comfortable beds. Excellent shower and bath products (Dove without strong scent). Felt nicer than local Hampton Inn. Only disappointment was seeing carpeting as it feels less clean to me but that’s a personal preference. Will stay again the next time I’m in town. ”

“Very happy with my room! Especially the bed, probably one of the most comfortable ive ever slept in inside a hotel( if you like soft beds). The only thing i didnt like was the jacuzzi area was open to the bathroom with no doors to close, so it made using the restroom a little public to your roomy..the breakfast coukd use some more passion. I wound up eating a banana and a muffin (in a wrapper) all in all though i would say it was a good stay.”

“We always stay at Hampton when we travel. However, recently, I have begun to notice an unpleasant trend. Has there recently been a company memo sent out to your locations that require the front desk staff NOT to smile and NOT to in anyway indicate that they are happy the customer is checking in?? Good Lord, is their job so miserable that they act like they have been on duty for 36 straight hours? I am a business owner and I realize how hard it is to get decent employees. “Nice greeting, even though we were checking in late. Inexpensive snacks available. Breakfast was awesome and the noon checkout for the weekend—-divine. We came from Cedar Point, were exhausted, got up early for breakfast, went back to bed, and were refreshed (and the driver safe) when we got on the road a noon. ”

“Property was nice and clean. The area of the location was very nice. We had no worries leaving our motorcycles out in the parking lot over night in this area. The shower water was only slightly warm not hot at all. That’s my only complaint, but after riding 6-1/2 hours and spending a lot of time at a biker rally we really didn’t care haha. Just happy to be able to shower. We would definitely stay here again. ”
