“No complaints, and I like to complain”

“The location was great but it was actually hard to find as maps did not match the location when putting in the address. But the manager helped us find it, he was very nice . The room was clean and had everything you needed . My only concerns were only one key was given and we actually needed two as we don’t do everything together. So they should look into providing that. They definitely need to provide a few more towels than just two. But thankfully the housekeeping gave us new ones when we……

“A True 5 Star resort. We (2 Adults and Twin Kids of 3.5 Yrs.) stayed for 9 days (8 nights) in The Grand and had an amazing time. The hotel is very clean. The food is overall good and the drinks are great. This was one of the resorts when you truly had the feeling the staff enjoyed working there something we did not always experience in other five star resorts. Genuinely nice warm people. “The only complaint I have about the facility was the beds. Sat on concrete pads and were worn out making it feel like you were sleeping on the concrete. Did not have a good nights sleep our entire stay because I was constantly waking up from my body being sore from sleeping on a concrete pad.”

“No complaints with our stay for 2 weeks. The room fit our needs with a wonderful view of the water. The pool deck area is comfortable with lots of options for lounging around the pool. It has an upscale feel to the whole pool area. The wait staff bringing beverages and food (tasty - although more expensive than in San Miguel, but fair for the poolside experience) are attentive and friendly. “Staff very helpful and kind! The resort is very dated! Hot tub in our casita suite did not work, and no discount was offered when we reported it! Our private pool was slimy, dirty, and was NEVER cleaned our entire stay (7 nights)! Would definitely not recommend this resort to anyone! It was a very disappointing stay and Expedia should know that this resort only wants to sell memberships, at our check in, thru out our stay, and even the day we left waiting for our transportation to return to……
