“Very beautiful almost 200 year old home that has been maintained well. Room was super clean and properly stocked with amenities. Staff was super nice and helpful. Close to night life and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.”

“The property was dirty when we arrived making our stay a little uncomfortable. It was sufficient for what we used it for, but that was only because we were out touring the surrounding area for most of the day and only stayed at the home to sleep. The property has great potential, but we would recommend more effort into cleaning up the inside and yard.”

“We had about a 40min drive from Rochester Ny I had booked the Treehouse cabin 1 night for Father’s Day upon our arrival they was finishing cleaning up our cabin one of the staff members gave me my key once I got in the cabin it was beautiful came with some cooking equipment and utensils bathroom was nice the hot tub was dope even with neighbors we felt like we was the only people there everyone was respectful I will definitely be back and next time for a longer stay!”

“Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. However I paid for late checkout in advance and was somehow locked out of my room after 11:000 forcing me to waste time in line at the front desk to get a new key activated. Also staff were unaware of where I should go to refill my room’s water bottle. (Great filtered water at the hotel). But fantastic place to stay for sure.”

“Hotel Canandaigua was very well maintained and clean, friendly staff and the rooms were cleaned and were nicely done for the guest and waiting for them. That’s more comfortable very well Lit at night and lots of parking.”

“The property was on the road. Lot of noise from automobile. It’s like motel than a hotel. Our room was a suite, but AC was on the outer room than inner bedroom. It was quite hot inside bedroom. The rooms didn’t have blackout curtains or the curtains were not properly installed to prevent lights. We are not that happy overall.”

“The Lux worked great for us. We had a pup with us, so they placed us near the exit. We liked the location. We spent 3 days exploring the area around Seneca and Cayuga Lake. It was comfortable. We liked that there was a restaurant attached where we ate dinner a couple nights. I will be passing through the area again in a week and am planning on staying there again.”

“The room had a tub that was disgusting. Instead of resolving the staff commented the housekeeping was gone for the day and it was probably the "pipes". Service - we were 9 minutes early for dinner on the Castle and they refused to seat us so we stood there until 6:30. There were plenty of empty tables! Our server was gone most of the meal and I had to get another server to find her. Front desk personnel were dismissive and rude. Not a good overall experience and I would no lat recommend this……

“Just OK across the board, if not slightly below average for the price. Things were generally clean and comfortable, though the carpets could’ve been a little cleaner (especially near baseboards), and the interiors are just generally a little bit older. Breakfast was bland…cereal, bagels, etc…and sausage. No eggs, no pastries, etc. though…which is odd. I was there three nights, and my room was never even made up. When I mentioned this to the front desk and check out, I was told you have to ask……
