“The property is as listed. Clean, well located for our needs. I would like to have had the arrival information earlier-we got key codes same day as check-in. Host is very responsive to outreach and handled a problem with key code lock right away. Annoying barking small dog somewhere in the building (?) not the fault of host. We intend to stay here again so that says more than anything else.”

Our condo had everything from coffee, water and chocolates. Location was excellent with exceptional views arround. Staying at the condo made me feel at home. I will definitely refer my family and friends to this spot. Don’t hesitate to book if you are in the fence. This is 1000 times better than any hotel in the area. ……

“The apartment is a sparkling clean studio in central Hoboken, near the main thoroughfare, Washington St, and close to the water. The location was perfect to experience both ends of Hoboken as well as to get into the City easily. Everything worked in the Apt, and AJ was great in answering any questions. Being an older building, just be aware there are not many free outlets, but we had a splitter and had no issues. Great place to stay for a couple or solo traveler.”
