“Great location for us, very clean, very good communication from kind host.”

“We came in for my family reunion at chesnut ridge. Jyl was awesome at communication and the place was in a beautiful setting felt safe for kids to be out and about. A plus was my sisters family stayed right next to us so that was very fun for all of us!! Great stay location to get to EA, nlNiagara Falls etc and people! Thank you for everything! The Crosby family (drove in from Minnesota)”

“The 1 problem that we had the whole time we stayed in this downstairs apartment was the uncomfortable, chilly temperature we could not regulate. There is no separate thermostat for the area where we were staying so our temperature depended on what it was in the main house above us. The cold air that we felt when walking in at night after being away all day was not comfortable for sleeping. We were visiting WNY in July from our home in Georgia where we don't have our thermostat set that low……

“Cute and cozy. Host did a great job communicating. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We could not have been happier with the room as well as the service that we received from our host! Staying in such a nice place helped give her a positive impression the place that I loved and previously lived at for 20 years! The apartment had every amenity you could wish for, and every detail had been taken care of. We……

“Was perfect for myself and 2 adult sons. Nice and clean. Cherise was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!”

“Great, quiet, sparkling clean place”

“It was centrally located for us during our 10 day visit. We were able to visit friends and family without the long drives. Very roomy area that was away from the main house.”

“We had a wonderful stay! We were in town for the weekend for my son’s wedding and it was a great location with a lot of stores close for last minute things. The house was very spacious with just about every amenity you would need. Cleanliness at its finest. Very easy self checkin and the host was so very kind and attentive (although we didn’t need anything) they made sure we had everything. Great communication. Plenty of parking.”
