「Really nice . Good contact with the host . Small glitch with the master bedroom TV but we came to ski so no big deal! Loved it ! Hot tub, view and comfortable rooms/ space was awesome!! 「We all came up to see the eclipse. The cottage was easy to fine, had great bedrooms, a wonderful kitchen, and perfecct yard for all my grandchildren to enjoy. Our host was helpful and easy to contact for questions. We do recommend this "House by a pond" for a pleasant stay away from home.」

「We had a great long weekend at The Maples. House comfortably slept all seven of us, and there was room for more (initially booked for 10, but a few couldn't make the trip with us). It's a secluded property, so it's very private, but it's a two minute drive into the main stretch of Ellicottville. It being winter, the hot tub was a major plus. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「My group of 8 had a great stay here at the Roosters Den on our ski trip. The house was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out with room for more. We took advantage of the hot tub as well as the pool table. We also utilized the kitchen daily and it was stocked up with any dish and cookware you would need. The view from the porches was awesome too. We were 10-15 minutes from Ellicottville which was a very lovely town. David was a great host...
