「It's a very inexpensive VRBO for the size. You're upstairs in an old home, so there are people below you. It's a very odd layout, as the bathroom is way in the back. The floors are not level (old home), and the kitchen is appropriately but sparsely furnished. Most importantly, everything is very clean!! The floors, carpet, furnishings, etc are new-ish. 「Very nice unit/apartment located in downtown Penn Yan. Location was great for getting to many of the sites we wanted to see ie: canandaigua, Hammondsport, Watkins Glen etc. the place felt clean and cared for and updated. Kitchen was well stocked. A bit small for 4 adults but adequate. The “living area” not as comfortable seating as I would have liked, but wouldn’t take it off my list or high score.
