"While the staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel has some issues. Coffee shop is closed on weekends. While someone did get me coffee from the back, it would have been good to have been able to get a snack for breakfast. The hotel also doesn’t have a supply of over the counter medications you can buy in small packets such as Advil, Tylenol,etc. There was only one waste paper container in the room and I had to move it to bathroom. While the room was ok, it could have been cleaner. The areas around the door knobs on all the doors needed to be wiped and cleaned. Lastly, one of the two elevators was out of service. It definitely needs some TLC. "

"No hot water in shower. Phone unplugged and not charged. Noisy…no one came to check to check the shower situation after we called…"

"Very disappointed with our stay. The receptionist was on a phone call while checking us in, and we had to wait for him to finish. This felt unprofessional and not respectful of customers’ time. We booked a King Suite, expecting a comfortable and clean stay after a long road trip, but the room had multiple issues. We found bugs in the room (we caught 8 of them) and noticed stains on the couch, towels, and even the wall. Cleanliness should be the most basic standard, especially for guests staying even just one night. After such a long drive, we were hoping to rest and relax, but this experience felt more like a punishment than a break. Management should focus more on staff training and maintaining proper cleanliness standards to ensure guests feel comfortable and respected."

"My room 113 wasn’t properly cleaned. The floors were not swept. The shower had hair on the walls as well as the shower curtain. Towels were full of hair and need to be replaced. "

"The food was satisfactory, except for the room. There was a hair on the pillow, which appeared to be left from a previous guest. Therefore, the pillowcase should not be changed. Additionally, the air conditioning was excessively loud, making it difficult to sleep. The carpet was not thoroughly cleaned and appeared dusty. "

"The staff was only helpful when it was convenient for them... very little selection at breakfast or in the store. Maids did the bare minimum to our room, rust stains throughout the room, but my favorite was that somehow, when they gave us a room, we attempted to enter, the key worked fine and low and behold, there was already someone staying in that room... we walked in on an older woman in her pajamas in bed watching tv! All of us were shocked, we closed the door and went back to the desk. The employee wasn't even surprised, nor apologetic. Just gave us a new room. What an awkward situation. "
