“We knew after booking about the “under construction “ which we thought was about the swim up rooms. But we are on vacation and wanted to make the most of it. However, the vacation vibes were ruined due to the LOUD construction scene which was heavily consisted of jackhammer and concrete dust flying everywhere. The food is mediocre. The only place about this resort is the staff.”

“Our stay at TRS Yucatán was good. The highlights of our stay was the service we received and the properties we enjoyed. The food was sub par especially at the restaurants for dinner. The breakfast buffet at Helios was the best. The room was good but the AC wasn’t working well so we had to ask for a fan which they accommodated us with. Overall good experience but it was a bit pricey for what we got. I expected better quality food.”

“The resort is gorgeous and the staff are amazing. The food was good, not as many choices due to low season but well made. The beach was inundated with seaweed, but workers worked tirelessly to remove it and make it usable for guests.”

“Property is very well kept, authentic decor vs modern which was very nice. Staff and service was excellent, food was great, not 10/10 as some is hit or miss, but many choices. I would say only thing lacking is more music by pool daily & entertainment in the evenings. If you perfer relaxing this resort is 10/10.”

“Buenas instalaciones y comidas. Playa inutilizable. Pocas opciones para bebidas y alimentos durante el día ya que habían quitado el servicio de uno de los buffet más importantes del white sand y te enviaban al colonial. Transporte entre sitios del hotel un poco caóticos, preferimos caminar.”
