“Staff are amazing Beautiful resort Great food options Excellence all around ”

“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“Great place to stay in the Tulum hotel zone if you’re looking to relax. The hotel is quiet and away from the busier/loud clubs. However, you are still able to walk down the beach to some of the beach clubs. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The room was equipped with a Nespresso machine and mini bar. The pools in the room are beautiful and clean. Unfortunately, they are not heated so it was too cold for us to use during our stay. The hotel has great cabanas……

“This Resort offers an incredibly unique experience to adult travelers. The Staff Service was top shelf and the mix of people staying there were the best. It’s not a huge resort with only 43 or so rooms. However HBR is located in between two sister resorts where we enjoyed excellent dining out. Best of both worlds. ”
