「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「Iberostar Waves Cozumel was amazing. My wife and I celebrated our anniversary for 4 nights there. We loved everything about it: the room, amenities, staff, food, drinks, spa, beach, shows, snorkeling, and the tropical island feel with beautiful plants and animals. We want to go back someday!」

「Nos hospedamos del 1 al 4 de julio, cuatro adultos y dos niñas de 5 y 7 años, y la experiencia superó por completo nuestras expectativas. 「We were a group of 4 families with 8 children. Very helpful and kind staff. The children had a wonderful experience enjoying the different amenities. And we adults relaxed at the spa, gym, pool and enjoy the food quality and variety of restaurants.」
