「We went here to celebrate a family members anniversary this past Valentine’s Day weekend. What a great experience this was! From the moment we checked in and were offered fresh cold cocktails to all the points in between. The staff and their attentiveness was amazing. The food was great, the bars were great, the activities were fun, and the location was beautiful. Definitely a great vacation at a great price and we would definitely visit here again. Forgot to mention everything was included… yes...

「I had a superb winter avoidance break at Bahia Principe. The pre booked transfer with Amstar worked perfectly both ways - just over an hour from Cancun. I opted for the shared transport but was the only passenger on both trips! Really good and competent drivers - if you’re unfamiliar with the locality this is a much better option than renting a car for yourself! The room was fabulous, stocked minibar replenished daily, comfortable bed, clean and spacious shower room, small balcony to relax on...

「We had our first family holiday here and got engaged. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the engagement so special. The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!」
