“We had an excellent 10-day stay at TRS Yucatán in Mexico. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional — the resort, the food, the atmosphere, and especially the staff. The room was remodeled in 2023 but it had a lot to be desired, the shower flooded the whole bathroom everytime we showered because of very poor design. The front desk woman that checked us in had an attitude and left nothing on our not getting a room before she left with anyone at the front desk, this caused a lot of confusion.
