“Perfect place”

“This resort was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Jose, who was our waiter on several occasions, always provided warm, attentive, and exceptional service that made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and our favorite dining experience was at the Hibachi restaurant. The chef was entertaining, engaging, and made the meal a lot of fun for both the adults and the kids. “Nice resort. Small. Only four restaurants so if you are there for many nights you may get bored with the cuisine. Good was good except for the steak house. After a good rain the rooms smell musty and like sewer. We stayed in the closest building to the pool. Easy walk to the pool and beach. The beach was nice. We went during seaweed season so there was a lot of seaweed daily on the beach. The staff worked night and day to try to clear it. The staff was exceptional. Kind, friendly and helpful.……

“We had our first family holiday here and got engaged. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the engagement so special. The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!”
