「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「Absolutely gorgeous property, one of the most unique stays I have ever experienced. Every room you get your own huge villa with spacious bathrooms, living spaces, and a private pool. You also have multiple pools on property on top of it. The staff is amazing, they treat you like VIP's and it's so amazing to be able to access the full property by boat, bike, golf cart, or good ole fashion walking. My only qualm about the property was that they don't have all restaurant options open so you're...
