Room was very clean and comfortable. Beach area was beautiful. A few hiccups with the restaurants but overall very good. Nightly entertainment was a little on the bland side. Some sections of the paved walkways need repair. Otherwise staff was super friendly and helpful, another great stay at OMR!

Room was very clean. Staff were excellent, very helpful and courteous. Food at all the restaurants was very good and service was good. Activities by the pool and night time shows were great. The only criticism I have would be is that this was the only resort that we have been to in the last 10 years was that Superbowl was an extra charge. All other resorts I have been too have a Superbowl party for all guests with tv and buffet. Upgrades are available understandably but party for all guests. Check in was fast and always there if any questions.

The grounds, beach, pool areas were all lovely, very clean and manicure. All of the staff at the hotel (from the customer relations, housekeeping, waiters & grounds staff to the recreational folks) ALL were excellent, friendly and courteous. We felt that all of the specialty restaurants, including the buffet, and the open early to open late coffee shop in the lobby. We’re all very good. Each one had a different atmosphere and location on the property so we didn’t feel the need to go looking elsewhere for food the entire week.

Room was fine. We booked an Ocean view room which didn’t really have the view … not worth it. It was also very noisy with workmen keeping the gardens tidy and their machines from about 7am! Masses of food choice but surprisingly bland but only in the main restaurant. Staff were great. Not enough subbed as others have commented. They need a system operated in parts of Europe - not on your bed for at least 30 mins, and the towels get removed. Good stay but next Mexico trip we’ll try the west coast.

Staff was very friendly, food was amazing, facilities were pristine and spectacularly maintained, and rooms were big, comfortable and well equipped. It is much better to rent a car to get to this location and be able to visit nearby attractions such as cenotes, Xcaret, Cancun itself, etc. Only negative side is that the “all inclusive” does not actually include water activities such as kayaks, scuba diving, jet skis, etc. they all have additional prices, even those that were supposed to be included such as kayaks, have some tourist taxes. The additional price was mentioned during the booking process (for jet skis), though. By far the best restaurants were the French and the Italian, truly spectacular food and service. The cafe near the lobby was also really good, with very tasty options and excellent service. The beach was pretty small but very well maintained and clean, despite sargassum, it was frequently removed. The pool was also very nice, with an open bar next to it, as well as a pizza station. Overall, a spectacular experience, would definitely come back!

Room was dated. We did not get the room we thought we had reserved. Hardly anyone in our group did either and other guests we met did not either. Privilege package is not worth it.. If you are a smoker, you will not be happy. You cannot even smoke on the beach! Beach access is limited and privilege section is limited. The bell hops that greet you at the door raised the taxi cost that we had already been quoted so much so that we had to cancel our entire day of plans because of them. Food was good, pool was chilly but nice, jose at the towel stand was the best. The bartenders were good too.

We had such a good time at this resort. From the minute we showed up, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Check‑in was quick, and we were at the pool with a drink in our hands before we knew it. The room was clean and comfy—nothing to complain about. Housekeeping kept everything tidy, and we always had fresh towels, which was awesome after long days in the sun. The food was solid. Tons of options, and we never went hungry. The buffets had a bit of everything, and the à la carte restaurants were a nice change when we wanted something different. Drinks were great too—bartenders knew what they were doing and kept the good vibes going. There was always something to do: pool games, beach time, nightly entertainment, or just chilling. You could be as active or lazy as you wanted, which we loved. The whole place was clean and well taken care of. The pools were great, the beach was beautiful, and the grounds were always spotless. Overall, we had an amazing, no‑stress vacation. Great staff, good food, lots to do, and a super relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely come back.
