“Clean rooms, nice location ”

“Our stay at TRS Yucatan was truly above and beyond. Antonio and Miguel, our personal butlers, made the experience exceptional by coordinating transportation, activities, and reservations throughout our stay. I can’t imagine an all-inclusive without a personal butler now, and it’s why we’ll be choosing TRS resorts going forward. The rooms were spotless and serviced multiple times a day. The food was outstanding at every TRS restaurant, and there was so much to do that we never felt the need to……

“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“This resort gave me one of the best vacation experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and security were exceptional. Reception set the tone, and Martin deserves a huge shoutout—he was incredibly patient and explained everything about the resort, the restaurants, and the activities in detail. We were also assigned our own concierge team, Dave and Cielo, and they were outstanding. Whatever we needed, they handled it—from answering questions to booking our restaurant……
