"Staff explained well that bottled waters are not provided anymore here and they have a in-room water filter gadget that’s quite easy to use. We got use to using it in no time. Great location. View is good even with the partial harbour view."

Yet, unlike other hotels with good views in Hong Kong, this hotel is also located in a fantastic area in Wan Chai near great restaurants and neighbourhoods and transit - easy to get to all the best spots. This was the start of our honeymoon and what a fantastic start - they upgraded us to a huge suite. Extremely clean and comfortable hotel with top service. Would definitely return!"

"Location is the key. The hotel is a few minutes drive from the airport with a free shuttle service, which is very convenient if you have lots of luggages. Ngong Ping 360 platform is like 10 minutes walk only, and the Citygate outlet mall is just at the hotel’s doorstep. The staff are very accommodating and helpful, too. Overall, we will stay again in Novotel Citygate when we visit HK in future. "
