“We stayed in the railroad cars and it was amazing! The rooms were immaculate! We were arriving after hours and Irma sent me detailed instructions on where our code information would be! The whole town is just charming! We loved our stay here and we hope to be back one day and stay longer! Highly recommend Sugarcreek Inn!”

“The ac/ heater unit made a terrible noise, like plastic flapping during my whole stay for 2 days and 2 nights, slept 3 1/2 hours first night and 4 hrs second night and a loud humming sound, put toilet paper in my ears both nights and extra pillows on my ead. Worse as that was their was a disturbing noise all night long sounded like some kind of large pumping sound or something, would stop sometimes for about 15 minutes or so then run again for approx 30 mins. Notice room always had strong stale……

“There were stains on the sheets and the toilet kept clogging each time. The front desk lady said, the stains are bleach stains on the white sheets. Would not change the sheets for my daughter.”

“I don’t know so much as it was the host issue, but when I got to the property, I could not access the code on the door because I booked through Expedia and the host sent a message to Vrbo with the code. I did not know I had to access Vrbo for this reservation since I booked through Expedia I think that was the main confusion. Other than that the property was great. I think guest should be aware there’s no bar soap or shampoo or anything like that just some pump soap at the sink. I was not……
