“Overall, I would rate my stay a 7/10**. This was my first vacation with my boyfriend, so the trip itself was special, but there were a few aspects of the accommodations that could have been improved. I was notified, less than two weeks ahead of arrival that initial deposit payment for the room was not cleared and I was subjected to lose my reservation. The Hills location is far enough off the beaten path that there was not much noise or vehicle traffic in our area, yet close enough to be very convenient to get into Cruz Bay via a quick taxi ride of about five minutes. Though not far from town, I would not advise walking into Cruz Bay from this location, as the roads are quite steep with little room on either side of the road for foot traffic in……

“I’m saddened to write about this terrible experience with the Landmark Apartments. The communication with the host is terrible! I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments.
