“The staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. But, on arrival, their computer system was down and they didn't have an alternative way to check us into our rooms. We had to wait 3 1/2 hours to get into our rooms. Also, we didn't get a copy of our payment receipt and there seemed to be a $100 difference between the quoted price and the charge. The extra charge fell off a few days later, but it would have been nice if someone had told us about it first.”

“This is first time we have had trouble with a Vrbo. Irresponsible owner! She had NO idea we had booked the house. Which left us in a bind to find last minute accommodations. She was not helpful in getting us a refund. DO NOT BOOK this resident.”
