“It’s my third time in last year staying here. It’s clean and comfortable. Plus a perfect location. They seem like they might have new owners and I don’t like the early check in fee. If the hotel is 90% empty just let your guests check in if the room is ready and it’s only a couple hours before check in. ”

“Good prices and mostly good condition,my only complaint was that the floors werent very clean and the mini fridge which i specifically paud mire for wasnt working but it was a short stay,i ended up not using the refrigerator so it wasnt a hige deal. I was more concerned with the floors being cleaned good since my 7 year old brought toys to play with. Overall it was good.”

“Our room was clean. Beds were big and comfortable, bathroom was also clean and spacious. Location is also great, close to restaurants and nice beaches. It was quiet at night so we got good sleep, easy and plenty os spots for parking. ”

“I love it here! Nothing spectacular about it, but Regency Inn offer all the amenities you expect.They have refrigerators, microwaves, air and heat. It's also quiet, clean, has ample parking and good food just across the street. Anytime I'm in Lakeport, I always choose Regency Inn!”

“Loved the nodernized heating. Kitchen well equipped. Very clean. Entrance has a lot of large ruts. Would love to see pwerstrip to be able to plug in electronics. ”

“My start was great! The room was clean enough (someone left Taco Bell in the fridge). The fridge was large and cold. There was a microwave as well. A table to work at and a table to eat at (chairs for both). Right on the lake was a big plus! A lot of folks hanging out in the parking lot. Don’t bother me none but it may bother others!”

“This is great little bungalow hotel just outside of the main area of Mendocino. The rooms were modern and clean, the grounds are nice, and there's actually a quite good view of the ocean out of the back window of many of the rooms. All around, we had a lovely time and would stay here again!”
