The cabin was just as described...older with lots of history yet quite comfortable! So glad we found a house we could bring our dog! She's a lab and many places dont allow an 80 lb. dog. 「Exceptional lake house that has everything you need to relax and enjoy Norris Lake. Located in Lone Mountain area that is very peaceful. Main deck had amazing view of lake. Plenty of water blowups, life jackets, kayaks and hot tub. Kitchen has great coffee bar, wine refrigerator, and an huge kitchen island for everyone to gather around. Traegor grill was great for cooking burgers, steak and salmon. Owner was very responsive to get hot tub fixed during our stay. 」

「This was my second stay and it was just as amazing as the first time and can't wait to be able to come back again.The privacy and the quietness, just me and nature, is what is most important to me. The drive to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area is not far. Take the scenic route by Douglas Lake. I do recommend bringing cash, a lot of local, small shops, are cash only.
