“Easy hassle-free access to building in a great area ( just past Cardiff Castle near Sophie Gardens nearby). The 2 bed apartment ( with en-suites) was very clean with good decor. Very comfortable beds. Good sized rooms. We had a very quiet and chilled stay. Kitchen/community room was very well equipped. Would definitely try and book again in the future.”

“I loved the hotel and it was a bargain price, no fault with it at all. The lady on reception was lovely, only thing that i thought "oh ok then" was when i saw the room cleaners in the corridor when i was leaving ,i smiled at him and saod mornkng, he just looked at me and didnt say a thing, but its early and hes at work so i cant blame him 😀 ”

“A lovely place to stay! Our cottage was perfect, good size and beautifully decorated. Such a peaceful place, easy to get into Cardiff centre. My daughter left her teddy behind and the staff were so helpful, they packaged him up ready for a courier to collect and let me know when he was collected. ”

“This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. We are satisfied with this comfortable stay experience. But I think a minor thing may need to be improved. The temperature of bath/shower is not very steady, and it dropped down after several minutes. Besides, the water from tape also took several minutes to become warm. Since we visited in April and it is still a bit cold, when I washed my hands I felt a bit freezing. It would be better to access hot water more easily.”
