“Free swimming pool and sauna. Despite not close to the city center, there are sufficient dining options, a supermarket and a 24h pharmacy nearby.
A water boiler plus coffee/tea in the room would be perfect. The reception seems understaffed for such a big hotel.”

“I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available.
I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked.
And then a hotel guest noticed the conversation and telling me he’s cancelling his booking and going to Barcelona. And then a male reception (black curly hair) was very……
