「The property is in an excellent location. I had a very comfortable stay. In the evenings, I could sit outside and listen to the ocean. It was very relaxing. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. Having the washer and dryer was also a big help. Everything was as advertised.」

「This house is...WOW. Lots of room in the house, as well as the outside. Beautiful balcony and rooftop. Beds and pillows were all very comfortable. Everything was very clean. This may sound silly, but, me and my wife wanted to take the couch with us. It was EASILY the most comfortable couch we've ever napped on. This place was great and we'd stay here again!」

「Beautiful place to stay. It has everything you need if you want to spend a day at the beach or at the pool. There a number of restaurants inside the complex as well as a small grocery store. If you don’t want to leave the premises, you have everything you need there. Angel is a great host and responded in a timely manner whenever we needed something or had a question. There is the El Yunque rain forest and several beaches within a 45 minute drive. I highly recommend this place.」

「This was the perfect location for our week in Puerto Rico! Located just across the street from Seven Seas Beach, this clean and beautiful condo was easy walking distance to the ocean and several restaurants, plus it was an easy drive to Old San Juan, Luquillo and El Yunque National Forest. Plus, most evenings we could watch the sunset from the rooftop patio. Wonderful! 」

「Family of four adults stayed four nights as a home base for exploring much of Puerto Rico. Easy to drive to wherever we needed to go. Property functioned as advertised, and we used all three bedrooms without an issue. Really liked the roof deck. In-unit laundry was very helpful. Gated community was large but quiet when we were there in May. Communication with host was easy and she was responsive when we had questions. Would stay there again.」

「This place was cozy and felt like a home away from home. The owner was very attentive when needed. The view was beautiful and the sound of the waves crashing. Unfortunately we couldn’t swim due to the seaweed at the time (July) and the large waves, but we planned separate excursions and beach trips nearby. 」

「So the condo we rented was very nice but could use some upgrades. Awesome cold AC. Dont let the outside of the condominium scare you, they are renovating as we speak. The hallways need new tiles and walls need to be painted. Lots of rust stains on the outside. But besides that the rental was very nice with a beautiful view. We would definitely come back! Theres a secret secluded beach with white sand and crystal clear water on the little island in front of the condo. You could easily swim there...

The host had ignored all of our messages leading up to the stay, and when we finally reached him by phone, he unapologetically informed us that the apartment was not available—offering no explanation, no solution, and showing complete indifference.This left us stranded in a foreign country, late in the day, with no accommodation and no support....

"Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. Lack of Basic Supplies The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided. 3. Excessive Humidity The room was extremely humid. After participating in a bioluminescence activity, we were unable to dry our wet clothes overnight—even hanging them on a chair only made them wetter. Without a hair dryer or proper ventilation, we were forced to wear damp clothes while traveling. The humidity also affected the bedsheets, which felt damp and made it hard to sleep. 4. Unhelpful Property Manager We contacted the property manager for assistance, but they were unable to provide any solutions to these issues. Overall, the poor conditions and lack of responsiveness made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this property to others unless these issues are addressed. "
