“Check-in was great. She was detailed and friendly and told us about the property. Beds were a bit firm and I could feel one of the bed coils but not enough to bother me. Their pillows were overly filled and uncomfortable. Bathroom ok, yes outdated but it serves the purpose. Room was big and spacious. Free breakfast included but we did not get to check it out because our room was so far from the breakfast area and wanted to sleep in more. Reading previous reviews about breakfast didn't feel……

“Friendly and helpful from start to finish. I would have given all 5 stars throughout if my room had been tidied up each day with new towels every day and beds made. I’ve never ever stayed at a motel before where used towels and cloths are left and new clean ones were not delivered each day. Everything was kept clean, and not making beds would have been acceptable, but not delivering clean towels/cloths each day and not emptying garbage cans is unacceptable. I had to ask for new towels every time……

“Excellent customer service especially from Front Desk staff member Mary. Housekeeping was also efficient and friendly. Airport shuttle driver was courteous and helpful. Near grocery stores and restaurants.”
