「The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices. 」

We had bottles of water confiscated coming back as not allowed to bring things in, it's summer in a desert city....... These were not returned upon checkout. Hotel is no way a 5* it's tired and needs upgrading massively. Air con didn't work when we arrived in our room and we had cockroaches! Bathroom very tired with some black mould and no work bench or...

Bit of an unpleasant first impression with security guard deciding whether he would let us in - travelling with my 16 year old and had confirmation that he was welcome but that information apparently never reached the gate. Main Property is beautiful but there is large parts of the hotel grounds which seems to be a building site/abandoned. I see now why they offer to drive you to gym/spa/indoor pool area! It was clearly a huge resort in previous...

「This hotel is calm with good rooms and housekeeping but misses the mark too much. Service was usually sleepy, the place very not smoke free with lots of smoking around the pool, the technology was outdated with no usb sockets anywhere or Netflix and a pretty useless hotel app too. Just a very forgettable place to stay, hopefully I just hit a bad week but it should be really special and was not.」

「Our room wasn’t that clean. The rug in the room was dirty and the floor wasn’t mopped after previous guests it had hair all over. The breakfast was okay. The diner buffet was a bit expensive for the food that was offered. Not that many good choices of dishes. The beach was far, a 10 min ride with the shuttle.」

「I have stayed at this hotel a few times and can’t recommend it enough. The hotel is very clean, staff cannot do enough for you, the food is wonderful, and the location is perfect (10 min walk from the main square). Highly recommend and would stay again and again.」
