"Our family of 4 stayed for four nights in September. Here is some overall feedback: - staff - very helpful and courteous - room - HUGE! So nice to have all the space. We had a room with 2 queens and a pull out couch - beds - main beds were comfortable; pull out couch not great (had a big dip in it and was not very nice to sleep on) - breakfast was good; nice selection. Not quite as good as the breakfast we’ve had at other hotels like Holiday Inn but good value nonetheless - location - excellent; nice and close to Mall of America, and the freeway which made it easy to get to other places like Wisconsin Dells and the State Fair Overall, would stay here again. Thanks for everything!"

"I love that this hotel is a 3 minute walk to the Mall of America. The staff is excellent. I accidentally left medication in the refrigerator. Housekeeping brought it to the management and they promptly kept it refrigerated and held it until I could return a week later."

"Upon arrival we were immediately helped and greeted by very friendly staff the whole place was clean and full of fun energy if we needed anything we were accommodated staff was amazing in every way nearby is the great mall of America which we walked to in approximately 15 minutes much better than finding a parking spot etc every day was full of adventures and I would definitely recommend enjoying time with your family at the great wolf lodge but be prepared to be fully worn out by the time you leave I thank all of the staff and will definitely be returning for another visit!!"

"This hotel was fabulous! The pool area was a hit for our family with plenty to do for all ages. The arcade was okay, a little overpriced but we were in the cities... They had a great spread for breakfast, wonderful location with MOA across the street & other food/shopping options so close. The restaurant on site was good as well. The rooms were beautiful, cozy & clean. The staff did not tell us what time breakfast was out anything. Checked us in & that was it, not the friendliest."

"Very clean hotel, rooms very clean and new looking. Bed was very comfortable, walk in shower was very helpful and clean. Only issue was you pay for overnight parking at a rate of $17 a night. Wasn’t expecting that when we checked in. It’s a 15 minute walk to mall of America but they do have a shuttle to get you there. The breakfast included was really good, eggs sausage pancakes waffles oatmeal breads juices coffee all was very good. Pool was very clean as well with towels provided, weight room was big and roomy. Good location to get to other attractions and restaurants in the area."
