I have a photo of the item, but it does not show that the incident happened in Tokyo. For this reason, may I please ask for a few photos of the interior of Room 611 as supporting evidence? If possible, could you please take photos of: - The view towards the corridor (wide angle if available) - The TV area (wide angle if available) - The wall on the left side when facing the bed (wide angle if available) - The corridor inside the room (wide angle if available) You may take several photos and it would be very helpful, as I can then choose the ones most suitable for the insurance claim. "I stayed 10 nights here, honestly the room is pretty bare bones but we were just using it as a place to sleep and keep our stuff. Room was clean and had all our necessities private bath (make sure you book a room with one if needed), microwave and stove top and storage space. A short walk away from Nakai Station is a huge plus the area is quite and the SS line is much less busy than some others. 2 station ride gets you to Takadanobaba Station were you can pretty much get anywhere from. Staff were super helpful and kind and ready to get anything to help your stay. If your looking for a place to rest your head in Tokyo I can recommend here."
