“Everything was wonderful, only except that it happened that our room was right next to the gym, so there were some door and dumbbell dropping noises once a while. However, except that, everything was great. House keeping super tidy, spotless. Food was yummy too. If you're going to visit places on the Hibiya Line even better because the hotel is right on top of one of the stations.”

“飯店設施較新，為商務型飯店，位置在3個地鐵線附近, 距赤阪地鐵站步行約5-10分鐘。有自助check-in，飯店人員英文溝通ok，距日枝社會步行約5分鐘。到表參道或澀谷地鐵約4站距離(千代田線)。房間簡潔舒適(一個26吋可全開，2個也ok但是會較為擁擠)，附設有洗脱烘洗衣(500日元/次)，樓下有7-11逛完街補貨方便(飯店末附瓶裝水，只有飲水機)。缺點是衣物與浴巾吊掛空間較為不足，只能吊掛在玄關處，另外冰箱相較於其他商務旅管較為小一些，2L水瓶大概就滿了。”

“Nice hotel with top-notch Japanese standard service. However the location is slightly off, only Mita line is closeby and JR station is quite a walk. Hotel provides lounge for all customers and thats generous gesture.”

“房间在日本算大，在国内只是普通。特意问前台要了个看东京塔房间。酒店内的意大利餐厅出品很棒，下午到晚上看着都是座无虚席。早餐品质非常棒，水果居然有蓝莓，樱桃和金奇异果。日餐虽然不错，性价比不高。游泳池和SPA都还可以。但是游泳池健身房对非HYATT会员收费。酒店周围有商场，食街，美术馆，展望台，适合休闲游，但是不太适合初次到东京游客。”

“As it is located at the centre of Roppingi, it is easily accessible. The decoration of the hotel is fashion and chill. Overall, a comfortable hotel. ”

“I have been visiting this hotel since 2012. This is my 4th visit. This is a beautiful hotel, with lovely rooms and deep plunge bathtubs nestled in the snowy forest. But what makes this the most amazing hotel is the staff and the service. As someone who travels the world for business rarely have I seen such honest hospitality and attentiveness. From laying our your warm ski boots out in the morning before you set off for the day, to welcoming you home after the day with your warm dry boots……
