"From start to finish, from top to bottom, an exceptional stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice: we arrived early, but they gave us a great corner room overlooking State Street, and when they found out, it was my birthday, they sent up a little bottle of wine and some chocolates. The rooms look like they were recently renovated from the last time we were there, and ours was incredibly charming with lots of interesting and unique touches. Really blown away by how great our stay was."

"The room was spotless! The staff was (receptionist Lee) so friendly and welcoming! The king sized bed was exceptionally comfy! Breakfast starts at 7am which we appreciated since we wanted to go out sightseeing early. Choice of muffins, croissants, bagels, juice, yogurt, fruit, cereals, etc. And delicious coffee! We loved this little inn and can't wait to return!"

"From well before Check-in, the communication from the hotel was great! They reached out several times to inquire about anticipated arrival time, any needs, and so forth. The room was so nice, and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean, the towels amazing and plentiful, and all the toiletries one might need. Too bad I was only booked for 1 night. I loved the Happy Hour in the lobby, and the breakfast provided was probably the best hotel complimentary breakfast I've ever had (I selected eggs, chicken sausage, pork sausage, yogurt with fresh blueberries and a banana I sliced, great hot coffee). I saw many other breakfast choices as well. The location directly across the street from the beach and the running path was ideal. It was a very short walk to the Harbor for great restaurant dinner choices. Parking was easy in and out, and free. All staff wwre friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved my stay and will book again. The rate was incredible for the area, as beach hotels here can get pricey. All in all, 10/10. "

"Recent refurbished room. Comfortable bed, nice shower. Internet access spotty, but 5g signal fine. The value of this hotel experience exceeds expectations. Besides the cool looking cozy furnishings, the staff is there to answer questions with a smile, glad to help. An innovative breakfast is included with waffles, yogurt, fresh fruits & pastries. We will be back. "
