"We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay."

"Restaurant poolside was delicious. Hotel staff were friendly and very professional. Hotel was clean. Only complaint was that the room had an odd odor that we couldn’t get rid of. Hotel staff attempted to run a machine to remove the smell; it helped some but not completely. Great, family friendly stay. "

Affordable beach trip

"Perfect for a one night beach trip without paying the price of a beachfront hotel. Five minute drive to public beach on Joan Ave. if you want to wash off and have bathroom facilities, Richard Seltzer public beach access is just a mile further east. Full breakfast was good. Comfortable beds, quiet at night, constant fan works. Nice staff. Stayed here before and will stay here again. "
