「Communication with owner was slow and frustrating. Room was lacking the very most basic of amenities. No TV in the room or anywhere in the house, no soap in the bathroom except a commercial hand soap dispenser at the sink and an ancient bottle of VO5 shampoo. Bed was awful. No coffee at the Keurig. Couldn’t wait to leave.」

「We had a great time at the Luxury Lodge. Our group enjoyed the scenic view of the mountains and river from the overlooking porch. The spacious indoors allowed room for everyone to hang out without being crowded. Good amount of available seating and rooms with space for kids and adults.The response of host/maintenence was great, one item needed addressing and they were out that day to fix. We had a great visit and look forward to coming back. 」

「Convenient. Walkable. Not Like: given poor/wrong directions to room, were not given name or room number, therefore, unable to get into room. No phone number of manager provided. Had to get a phone number from another guest. Had to wait to get a response after many calls and email to manager. No towels in room. Check-in was a bad experience.」
