“Nice room nice neighborhood not far from Disney”

“We had a very pleasant stay here. It has everything and makes us very easy and comfortable! Luckily it was 2nd floor only, we had 4 big luggages to carry up. I saw someone carrying to the 4th floor with 38" case. -.- And the place is a bit dusty in the corners. Hope can improve next time. There's a supermarket Publix in the resort, has almost everything. So very easy to buy stuff to cook.”

“We stayed at Casa Winter House for the weekend and had a wonderful time. The house is fully equipped to have a very comfortable stay. There is plenty of parking space and the backyard is huge and perfect for entertaining the family. The host provided all necessary information, we didn’t have to call at all. Absolutely recommend!”

“Nice little place. Loved the view of the lake and it worked well for me. I was busy most of the day so I appreciate the quiet, clean environment to retire to at the end of the day. I would definitely stay there again.”

“The place is spacious. Feels like 2000 sq ft. The kitchen is a good size and modern. Could use a cutting board. There were a few blips like the place smelled slightly of cigarette smoke upon arrival and then again a few days later. And the neighbor (possibly owner) hangs out talking with friends at midnight on Friday and 2AM on a Monday, very close to the primary bedroom. Wifi speed did not support television viewing. And bath towels are small. Checkout instructions have you stripping beds and……

“Extremely clean little property right downtown. We walked everywhere…perfect location! The property is very small but worked great for the two of us! My only complaint would be the AC has a really hard time cooling the apartment and it might benefit with a ceiling fan in the bedroom. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Mt. Dora that is clean and convenient to everything, this is it!”

“The house was very clean, everything needed for our two-night stay. Very nice to stay in a three-bedroom house then to be cramped up in a hotel room. My wife and I along with our two older daughters had plenty of room. Lots of amenities' so you feel right at home. Would definitely stay again.”

“The place was fine except there was NO shampoo and NO body wash in either bathroom. We did not realize this until we took morning showers. They were WATER showers only. Very disappointed! The floor in the shared bathroom was grimy. Other than that, we were fine with the place. Thank you.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Royellou. The home is beautiful. The owners take great care of the property and it shows. Also the additional amenities are appreciated from the coffee/tea drawer to the multiple night lights that are placed in various locations throughout the house. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, and also the short walk to town. I will definitely stay here again if we need a 3 bedroom house.”
