「Very clean and in a great location in Austin! The place was stocked well with towels, paper towels and toilet paper! It even had foil and storage bags! Kitchen could have been stocked better! No bowls for cereal, no can opener or colander! No dishwasher! ! Instructions for the oven! I didn't know how to operate it and the instructions were not adequate! It didn't have a microwave unless the oven was a combination of a convection oven and microwave, but i don't think so! Communication was good!...

「The place was nice and clean. I would have given a very high rating. However, the owner never contacted me about the problem we had. I never received info on how to access the property. I called the owner and left a vm and sent an email. Fortunately, the VRBO help desk had the information and we were able to unlock the gate onto the property. 「We would not stay at this property again. There were ants everywhere, the toilet chain kept slipping and the water was constantly running and we had to fix it multiple times, the outside wood was rotting, and a picture fell off the wall In the middle of the night. 「I was very happy to stay in East Austin and find a pet-friendly tiny house. I did an extended stay and was able to work from the property--the wifi was strong enough to manage multiple zoom meetings. The courtyard was great for my dog and I to spend time, welcome friends (I previously lived in Austin) or just enjoy the dappled sunlight under the shade of trees. Check in and out were very simple. It was within walking distance to many of my favorite restaurants, bars and coffeeshops in Austin. 」
