「Our stay started off poorly, as the host had us checking in a day late, when clearly the reservation was correct. Then, he would not respond to my messages or to VRBO when they called him repeatedly. We had to wait at the airport for an hour while VRBO attempted to contact him. Finally, they were able to reach him and we received our check in information. Upon arrival, the unit was not very clean as there was long brown hair in both showers. In addition, there was a strong sewage smell...

No little things like pillowsor extra blankets they only supplied two crunchy towels, no face towels or anything. No coffee or filters things that most hotels have as a convenience.
