“Flat was well appointed with everything you would need for a couple staying for a few days. Neighbourhood with convenience grocery and off license directly across the street. Shepards Bush station a five minute walk. Only issue was the checkin was a bit confusing - only because. I booked through VRBO. but then at some point communication changed from vrbo to Guestready, so when planning how to check in I couldn’t find my email with instructions. It would be nice if you could just leave the keys……

“I felt the description of the flat was accurate. It was quite comfortable for our family of 7. Most of the instructions were good although we didn’t really know how to manage the stove due to no visible settings and the dishwasher was a challenge. Instruction manuals for the appliances would have been helpful. All our concerns were graciously and effectively handed by Nicholas. Thank you for your good service and concern. ”
