「We loved Ferrum! It’s a close location to Wembley Stadium and near a ton of grocery stores and restaurants. We also traveled from the airport to the hotel and the train dropped us right across the street, which is a huge plus!! I reached out to the online customer service, and Mary Ann M. was assigned to assist me. However, she couldn’t reach the local property. It took forever to sort out the problem. 「Love the room was nice and no issues」

「房間浴室都很乾淨～ 小廚房非常棒，附近下樓右轉走3分鐘就有超商非常方便，離地鐵站也很近。」

「The rooms are spacious and clean. The curtains in living room were torn but only noticeable when drawing curtains open. Location is excellent especially if attending a venue at Wembley Stadium. Staff was courteous and welcoming. It was a bit pricey for the four days we stayed though. Otherwise, everything was great.」

「I loved my stay. Clean. With the small kitchen. Easy for train station. Very nice time.」

「Safe and self contained, everything I needed. Spotless, clean and cosy」

「Excellent space, super clean with AC! Great neighborhood and felt very safe」

「Thoroughly happy with our recent stay, room is very cool with boutique vibes and hosts were accommodating and very pleasant to deal with, The room is top floor with bathroom with shower and bath. It’s a couple of minutes walk into Kingston so in a great spot and parking can be arranged before you arrive. Would happily stay again if in the area without hesitation ☺️」
