「Flat was well appointed with everything you would need for a couple staying for a few days. Neighbourhood with convenience grocery and off license directly across the street. Shepards Bush station a five minute walk. Only issue was the checkin was a bit confusing - only because. I booked through VRBO. but then at some point communication changed from vrbo to Guestready, so when planning how to check in I couldn’t find my email with instructions. It would be nice if you could just leave the keys...
