“Stayed with the family (3 kids), hosts communicated very well, picking up the keys was easy (a shop around the corner), West Kensington was a 5 minute walk and the stay was quiet and comfortable. There's a few late night shops around and also a very nice breakfast and coffee place around the corner (a few doors down from where keys are collected) called Hazel which is lovely. “We had a wonderful stay in the penthouse — it truly exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully laid out, with a fantastic private terrace that wraps all the way around. Most of the instructions were good although we didn’t really know how to manage the stove due to no visible settings and the dishwasher was a challenge. “Flat was well appointed with everything you would need for a couple staying for a few days. Neighbourhood with convenience grocery and off license directly across the street. Shepards Bush station a five minute walk. Only issue was the checkin was a bit confusing - only because. I booked through VRBO. but then at some point communication changed from vrbo to Guestready, so when planning how to check in I couldn’t find my email with instructions. It would be nice if you could just leave the keys……

"An airport hotel within. walking distance from LHR Terminal 4, a very good choice for long transit or short stay by the airport, especially when you travel with heavy luggages, and you don't wanna take any transportation. The hotel staff Amber was very helpful, she listened to our plans, giving us a room that was located at the level of skybridge, which allowed us to go out faster. The room was clean and spacious, overall a very good airport hotel."
