"A young chap named Carlton checked us in - super efficient and sorted all our queries like a pro. Room was clean with great views, comfy bedding and strong shower. We came down to the bar. It was warm and cozy with lots of seating. The wine was excellent. We wanted some food and restaurant is just next to the bar. Genevive was the waitress. She took the order and said ‘ you are going to love the food’ - My god, it was awesome. I haven't had authentic Indian, this good for ages. On par with nearby celebrity run restaurants(no names). Hotel management - please don't let this team go! Cook, Waitress, Bar team and Receptionist - the whole lot!! "

"The lady at reception was very helpful and we got a lovely room which was quiet and very comfortable. The meal we had in the evening was delicious and breakfast was very varied and tasty. We would highly recommend the Sofitel."

"Great location near Heathrow. Walked there thru sky bridge. Excellent breakfast. Love the Elizabeth line from T4 to do shopping on Oxford Street. Room was basic but had all I needed. Friendly staff. Flew from T4 so highly recommend if you are too. "
