“I appreciate the host being available to greet me after the posted check in time to show me the room and amenities even though there was a map provided for after hours check in. The area was quiet and it was a comfortable room, but I felt the room was stuffy and it is central a/c through the whole house so there was no individual control in room or a ceiling fan. The shared bathroom sink was not as tidy, but there was another sink I was able to use. Quiet even though there were others in the……

“This unit worked well for our stay in Phoenix. It was clean and what we wanted, a central location to explore the area. I don't think you would want to do much cooking as the kitchen is very small, but it was fine for our breakfast and some lunches in. It was nice to relax at the pool a couple of times during our stay as well. There are 3 small dogs on the property, but only saw them while we were at the pool and rarely heard them otherwise. A good alternative to a hotel room!”

“This is an exquisite property, with lovely paths through the grounds including a beautiful fountain, Roman swimming pool and Spiritual Garden, in addition to multiple dining and lounging areas. The casita itself is charming and spotless. Our little dog accompanied us and we were give permission by the ever- accommodating Anna to use any and all parts of the backyard. We chose to meet her two dogs who were adorable and had fun playing with ours. If there were more stars to award I would!”

“Tidy property on a quiet side street. Had a couple of small issues that were not serious but Mel had them taken care off of immediately. Our dog really enjoyed the courtyard. Would stay again!”

“The place is a gem. It is pristine, bright and inviting. It has two nice bedrooms with lovely linens and a very large bathroom in between the two bedrooms.. The pool is right outside the door and has a lovely patio. The pictures really don’t do it justice - it is way nicer. You absolutely will enjoy your stay. We are from NYC and pretty fussy about where we sleep and this was beautiful!”

“We had a great stay! Three guys in a studio apartment got a little cramped with the sleeping arrangements but the location and property itself are awesome. We went out for the Phoenix Open and this property was about a 10 minute Uber ride to the course as well as a 10 minute Uber ride to Old Town Scottsdale. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Hotel under renovation, rooms nice, clean comfy. Wish I knew that they do not refund all of your deposit as there is a third party fee deducted from it before it is returned. It was only $6.00, but not the point.”

“The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions”
