“We had to switch rooms as we were placed in an a Joining room we weren’t aware of. The staff was wonderful and provided us with the only room they had left which was a king. Unfortunately that meant my husband, son and myself all had to share a bed. The room was not clean, light fixtures were off, it smelled like someone was smoking weed LITERALLY right outside of our door. We also had to deal with people running up and down the hall all night. We loved the sleep but unfortunately this was our……

“We did not stay! Trying to get our money back. Its nothing like the picture, no handsoap, no breakfast, pool is closed. Offered no alternaitves. ”

“Clean room, nice gym, decent breakfast with a lot of options! There are posted rules about “quiet hours”. The hallways were so quiet at night, as a light sleeper this was a major bonus!”

“Room was spotless. Jacuzzi was super clean and huge. Entire room was clean, staff was very friendly. Everything was easily accessible and plenty of restaurants and stores to visit within 20 minutes. We'll definitely be back”
