"My husband and I saved up 12 years for our first ever vacation and we were so happy it was here! The views were stunning, the cabin was fantastic (especially the upper deck), and the privacy was just the right balance of secluded and populated in case of emergency. The cabin was easy to find and close enough to tourist areas and towns. But the cabin itself offered plenty to keep busy (nature, board games, an impressive DVD collection, working internet)."

"It was a nice place to sleep while touring around the area. It was not far from any of the attractions we were visiting (harpers ferry, shepherdsville, skyline drive, caverns etc.) The complimentary breakfast was great, staff were nice. Rooms were older but had everything we needed and was clean enough."

"Our stay was terrible! Did not realize that Wyndem sold property just before our arrival. No soap...toilet tissue..coffee..in room. Couldn't take a shower or go to the bathroom. Worst hotel we have ever been to. Wish we would have been made aware that it was sold...would have re booked somewhere else. Don't go there !"
