Penzance Wharfside Shopping Centre Hotels

"Had a comfortable couple of nights whilst my boiler was out of action. Clean, well appointed single room with modern en-suite bathroom. Slept very well. A nice old traditional hotel, some areas are a little worn / dated, but I understand looking after a property of this size and age is no small undertaking. Everyone was friendly and professional, from reception to the bar and dining staff. I got a great rate, with breakfast included, really was excellent value. Thank you Queens hotel. "

No puedo opinar del alojamiento porque no llegué a hacer el chekin. Quiero manifestar el problema con mi reserva y el perjuicio que me causó.
