“We've had a terrible stay. We were there for the 4th of July. Well first it took them hour - hour and a half to check us in. They have 2 locations, we booked the one with the pool but they tried to put us in a lodge on the other side of the property. When we finally got the room, it was a nice room, close to the pool but in order to get there you have to pass through the indoor pool and also the automatic door to get into the hotel on the side of the proprety where the room was didn't work so.”

“My husband and I booked this property for our anniversary, and one of the main reasons we chose it was because of the in-room whirlpool tub. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to the lack of maintenance and cleanliness. When we arrived, we noticed cobwebs throughout the room, as well as old cobwebs on the deck with dead insects and debris still caught in them. The screen door was off its track and leaning against the patio door, and the patio door handle was barely attached. We……

“We arrived at the hotel very late and discovered after checking in that the bed linen hadn't been changed. After speaking with the front desk, I was moved to a different room.”

“The young lady at check-in was lovely - sweet, and then very apologetic when my kid found glass in the pool. The room, aside from the faint stain on the ceiling/humid closet that smelled like mildew, and the carpet that felt like too much soap was used during carpet cleaning, was fine enough. Bed was comfy. The water pressure was intense: finding a setting on the shower head that didn’t feel like I was being sand blasted was tricky, so kids got baths. I’m not one to complain, but once I noticed……

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“The internet in the room could not accommodate more than one device at a time. When we notified the staff, we were given the excuse they were fully booked, and the server couldn't handle all the people. It was a good that my husband and I were not trying to work. One of the days, our room was not cleaned. The staff were not helpful and did not seem to care. I guess they cater to the corporate/conference bookings rather than a weekend vacationer. Will not recommend or stay there again.”

“Even though we had a reservation and a confirmation, the clerk couldn’t find it. Our room was not clean- one bed had visibly dirty sheets. We asked the front desk to change them-they didn’t-so unacceptable. Every other hotel was completely booked, so we were stuck. We will never stay here again.”

“We had a great 2 day stay for a wedding. The Governor had ample space, 2 bd 2 bath. So clean. Beautiful view of the lake. Close to everything in downtown Lake Geneva ... perfect!”
