「Beautiful quaint hotel with lovely outdoor seating areas. We loved our stay.」

「First of all, I didn't pay for the Hot tub, but according to the picture you (or who ever) gave me, I paid for jacuzzi... For that price, I should get it, but no 👎 ... Condition of the facilities = himid and stale smell in the room, on the towels...etc, etc, ... Never again 」

「This is a nice hotel, and this was our third visit to the hotel. However, we planned the stay based solely on using the outdoor pool, and didn't realize the hotel sells passes to people who are not staying at the resort. The pool was crowded. There was only one bartender to make drinks for everyone but there were probably 8 servers who were standing around waiting for drinks to be made. It ruined the vibe we were hoping for.」

「Not impressed. After I booked 2 rooms 3 months in advance, I called the hotel to request the 2 rooms be in a specific building and together on the same floor. When we got to the hotel, they had no notes of my previous conversation with the Abbey associate. Neither room was in the building I requested, nor were they near eachother. First the lady at the desk told me room requests were a first come, first serve basis. It was 2pm, so I asked if that many people checked in already that there were no...

「Just loved staying here, met the owner and she was wonderful. The little details that they have all over the place is just great, you feel welcome. It's just over all a great place to stay if you're ever in lake Geneva, will be going back again.」

「I paid a premium price and was told I had an updated suite, it was not. Shower upstairs had no hot water, outlets were outdated, and TV remotes didn’t work.」

「Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. 」
