“We were the black people and we were treated as such constantly being watched couldn't really enjoy the scenery ill never be going back here ever again”

“We've had a terrible stay. We were there for the 4th of July. Well first it took them hour - hour and a half to check us in. They have 2 locations, we booked the one with the pool but they tried to put us in a lodge on the other side of the property. When we finally got the room, it was a nice room, close to the pool but in order to get there you have to pass through the indoor pool and also the automatic door to get into the hotel on the side of the proprety where the room was didn't work so.”

“Lots of construction at the entrance, and the jackhammer made it difficult to hear staff during check in. Hot tub wasn't working. Otherwise, a very nice stay.”

“My husband and I booked this property for our anniversary, and one of the main reasons we chose it was because of the in-room whirlpool tub. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to the lack of maintenance and cleanliness. When we arrived, we noticed cobwebs throughout the room, as well as old cobwebs on the deck with dead insects and debris still caught in them. The screen door was off its track and leaning against the patio door, and the patio door handle was barely attached. We……

“The Geneva Inn was a pleasant surprise! It is a charming boutique hotel- very well-kept. We enjoyed the sizable room and a beautiful view of the lake. Would definitely stay there again!”

“Everything was superb! Very clean room and community areas. Pool was clean and well maintained, towels available. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.”

“Room was fine but family above us was noisy, stomping, jumping the whole time except from midnight-7 even after we called to notify the front desk. Hot tub closed just before we wanted to use it. Employees were not particularly helpful or friendly except at checkout. Buildings are old and walls/ceilings are thin. Air conditioning was so noisy that we turned it off so we could sleep. Food at the restaurant was good but not exceptional. Will stay somewhere else if we go to Lake Geneva again.”

“The young lady at check-in was lovely - sweet, and then very apologetic when my kid found glass in the pool. The room, aside from the faint stain on the ceiling/humid closet that smelled like mildew, and the carpet that felt like too much soap was used during carpet cleaning, was fine enough. Bed was comfy. The water pressure was intense: finding a setting on the shower head that didn’t feel like I was being sand blasted was tricky, so kids got baths. I’m not one to complain, but once I noticed……

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“The Grand Geneva is a beautiful resort with great amenities and great staff. We enjoyed the spa, restaurants, lounge onsite Starbucks and outdoor pool. The resort still has so much more to offer! Awesome place.”
