“Clean room and hotel, good stay!”

“My second time here because they have all the amenities needed and the rooms are generous and clean. Closer to all the restaurants and convenient to parks and attractions.”

“We liked the location of the hotel as it was close to all of the places we visited in Williamsburg. The staff was very helpful and the cleaning lady who was assigned to our room was friendly and did a good job of cleaning our bathroom every day and replenishing our towels. We were concerned, though, that there was no non-slip mat in the bathtub. Additionally, we were disappointed to find that the white socks we wore in the room were black dirty after wearing them for the three nights we……

“Overall my stay was OK. Upon arrival I was not able to check in on time because my room was not available due to hotel being reserved to capacity, which caused me to have a 1 hr delay in check in. The hotel receptionist (Urania)was somewhat pleasant however, made some remarks that my particular room wasn’t ready because I had to wait for a handicap room, I stated I did not book a handicap room. Then, she stated that since I booked via Expedia that, I have the cheapest room, so I had to wait for……

“Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The only thing is that if you leave something on your bed, the housekeeper is not allowed by the local law to touch it.”

“The location of this property is right in the middle of Colonial Williamsburg. It is fairly close to Merchants Square. The staff are friendly . The place was was clean. The hotel needs updating and it felt like the decor was just thrown together. We stayed in the Tazee building and it is set up like a regular hotel , but one that needed new paint and the carpet to be pulled up. It was an ok stay but I wanted a little more of the magic of being in Colonial Williamsburg.”

“Its a great place even if a little dated. We have stayed here before and liked it enough to stay again. There were a few things that were not the greatest like my son found a cough drop wrapped in the cover of his bed and the dresser had a huge hole in the second drawer. The room didn't have a screen door like the other rooms did so I was a little disappointed about that, it was one of my wife's favorite things about the place. Only had 2 towels for 4 people but they had no issues giving me more……

“Great location to walk to Colonial Williamsburg, spacious clean rooms. Didn’t like checking in at the Inn then driving over to the hotel. The check in staff and Concierge was rude but other than them it was a great stay.”

“Absolutely pleasantly surprised by how great the property, room, and staff was. Front desk was incredibly helpful, our room was very spacious and comfortable. Outdoor area was great for relaxing and comfortable. Location couldn’t have been better. 1 mile to both downtown Williamsburg and to the nearest grocery store. Would recommend to families, our 10 + 7YO were very impressed”
