「The room is on the 23rd floor. To get there you have to use the stairs or the elevators. At least one of the elevators was broken for about half the time were there.The room itself was fine. When we arrived the smoke detector was chirping. A maintenance worker was there within 30 minutes to fix it. The coffee maker was gross -didn't look like it has been maintained. 「We absolutely loved our stay here in Luana Waikiki hotel and suites.This is our 3rd stay and it doesn’t disappoint. Staff is attentive and friendly. The pool area is very clean and inviting, with lots of towels.We like to walk so this hotel is close enough to walk into the busy Waikiki area without all the extra noise. I would highly recommend a stay at Luana Waikiki.」

「The view was beautiful to the beaches and shoreline. Beach accessories were provided which helped tremendously! The room was ok, but outdated. The bedroom TV never worked, so we only had one working TV in the condo. Towels were not up to par. Only given 6 wash towels and 4 bath towels for a week long stay. Although access to laundry was available, the were pay operated. Parking also had to be paid even after paying to stay! Bedroom sheets were dingy as well. I didn’t receive the instructions...
