“The Manager was very rude and disrespectful. She was not empathetic to my bathroom not being clean the toilet was filthy and the bathtub was inoperative therefore we could not shower. The manager made us wait a long time to even speak with her and then she was extremely mean. And mocked me for wanting a new room; I video taped her behavior and she finally gave us a new room. I was very disappointed in the Managers behavior.”

“The pool was nice but no one was there togive towels or keep the floors and elevators clean. This left a damp smell everywhere. Even the lobby chairs were soaking wet. I made the mistake of sitting in one. My entire rear end was wet for hours. No place to change. Checkin took hours.”

“Find somewhere else. This hotel has a massive roach (not palmetto bugs) infestation, its disgustingly unclean and has a drug problem involving needles on the property. The "oceanview" balcany includes the sight and smell of dog feces. ”

“Elevator doesn’t work, got stuck more than once, when we opted to take the some of the stairs are broken at the base which is a huge hazard coming down or going up from the 6th floor carrying items. I had a room with two beds, and one of the beds has something black at the bottom of the sheet, our balcony door did not slide open easy and had to be pushed open with force, bathroom door is way too close to the toilet where you can’t open/close the door all the way, staff was friendly. Pool was not……

“There is black mold on the bathroom ceiling. I reserved a room that was supposed to have a KITCHENETTE, nope. A small refrigerator with rust on it and well used microwave. I was awaken by what i thought to be gum shots in the middle of th night.so i covered my children with my body trying to get them between the beds. But someone thought that it was ok to shoot off fireworks in the middle of the night in the parking lot. Several men came running out of their rooms in a defensive manner as……

“Everything was as described, I had no issues at all. Beds were properly cleaned and the unit came with the proper amenities.”
