“I wish I had more time”

“The cleanliness of the room was questionable, and overall the property felt very old and poorly maintained. There were cracks in the bathroom floor, rust inside the freezer, and rust under the AC unit, which made the room feel unpleasant and outdated - more like an old resort that has not been properly cared for. The the room views are misleading. Not all rooms get an ocean view. About half of the rooms face another building, while the other half may have a pool and partial ocean view. The……

“The views were 5 star. The room was not. Everything that was metal was rusted. The lamp shades bent. The kitchen cabinets were in very bad shape and the stove was in need of repair and a deep cleaning. Everything smelled gross.”

The bathroom could have used some type of hooks to hang towels and clothes, it would have been helpful if the kitchen are had more lighting. The staff were nice. “The woman was super nice and helpful but I just have to say the rooms where awful I was terrified of there being bedbugs it was so nasty, there was no toilet paper and no shower curtain and dead bugs huge cockroaches left inside the room. The first original room I was given there was an A/C taken apart in the middle of the room and trash everywhere. ”
