「It was a last minute booking and paid way too much for what we got ( my fault) Wish I would have known it was more of a family vibe. Lots of kids in the hot tub. Never had any towels out. Getting in and out of the elevators was CRAZY… checking in was awful, trying to get in that crowded parking lot to get your things to your room. Next time I want to go to Myrtle Beach it will be a much smaller place.」

「Don’t know if it was my villa, dirty soap in the bathroom still on floor, mosquito destroyed us cause they were getting inside some kinda way, cigarette smoke inside, walls had finger marks everywhere and grease all over the switches like a mechanic lived there, counter top had spots all over of food spills. It can be a nice villa if they put effort they refunded me $125 out of $600 I guess that was cool but then they double charge me a the pool twice for $90 dollars so be careful with this...

「The check in process was easy and friendly. I was able to check in a little early. The parking was convenient but the garage was a little tight for larger vehicles as other reviews noted. I had a midsize suv and had no trouble at all maneuvering through the garage. The view from the balcony was great! The room was not really that clean though. 「Likes: 15th floor ocean view room was nice. 3rd floor ocean view room was not as nice it had slight ocean view then side of building. (No chance at a room change, all rooms booked per manager) hallways were very dirty. Our patio was always wet because the condensation from the AC drained onto the carpet. We were able to get into one of our two rooms before check-in and that was great. Didn’t get info on things like garbage, checkout, etc on check-in. But they wanted us to visit the time share...

「"Ocean view" is a view of the parking lot. Apparently, if you want to have a room on the ocean you need to look for "ocean front". The toilets are very hard to flush and require multiple flushes. Could not open the patio door unless two people pushed (We are not weak). There was blood on the white comforter.」

「The main desk staff are clueless, couldn’t answer the basic of questions ! the room was old and a joke! Speaking of a joke the pool was just a tad bigger than blow up toy ! The lack of 4th July activities was also shameful. Other then that we checked out a day early to get out asap」
