「We had a great stay ! Although according to Expedia we were supposed to have a patio or balcony. Other than that our stay was great」

「We enjoyed our stay. The place is older, but still nice with lots of amenities. The breakfast buffet was very expensive for what you get and could have been better. Still overall, is a nice place to stay with very nice and accommodating staff.」

「Villa rooms were very dated and not very clean. Resort double booked me and was not helpful at all in resolving the problem. Two different guests who checked in before us also had problems with their reservations. We were locked out of our rooms after one trip to the car with our luggage even though it was two hours before check out time. We had to find a housekeeper to open the door to retrieve the rest of our luggage. We were told the staff must have entered the lock out time incorrectly.」

「The only bad thing was that people “save” lounge chairs at the pool by putting hotel towels on them in the morning. Many put towels at 8am and didn’t come to the pool until the afternoon. Some customers were hostile about their “saved” loungers. Wish there was a way for the hotel to regulate this. There are cabanas for rent, but not many were rented d/t cost.」

「The room we stayed in was not clean and appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned or inspected before our arrival. There was a noticeable amount of dust throughout the room, making it seem as though no one had stayed there or cleaned it for some time. There was also a box covering the fire alarm in the master bedroom, which was concerning from a safety standpoint. 「Internet did not work in my room and I was not made aware. When I brought it to the staffs attention they said that the internet did not work on the side of the building my room was in, no solution was provided! I had an important work meeting that I had to reschedule! The day before check out the manager offered to move my room, I declined as it was an inconvenience for me and my children to pack our stuff just for 1 night! I will never go back to that hotel!」
