“The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it.”

“We always love staying here. The staff is always so friendly and makes u feel like home. The rooms are always clean never find a bug either not even a hair left in the tub etc. it’s perfect size for us a family of four. Kitchen fridge beds bathroom. Three years in a row we have stayed here and will be back another year. It’s not one of the newest fanciest places but it’s down to earth and family friendly we take hospitality over fancy any day.”

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“The view was very nice and we enjoyed the restaurant. The room was clean- only thing I would say is the tub was very slippery so just be careful when showering and the conditioner was empty. Staff there were all friendly; check in was a breeze and the map was very helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious.”

Our room was unclean, paint was pealing from the ceiling, there were old paper towels lining the silverware drawer. The carpet in the bedrooms was dirty. The mirror in the bathroom was pealing. The pool was closed for construction. It had been drained and had dirty standing rain water in it. There was a sign at the front desk that had clearly been there for a while. It stated that the……

“They never came and cleaned are room. The pool was closed the ice machine was out of order everything was nasty and when I ask them to clean my room she gave me the sheets and I did them and so we left 2 days early and when we was leaving nobody ever came to the counter to check us out so I left the keys on the counter. I never complain about anything but this was crazy and they was just 4 people working there. This was the frist time I took my grandson on vacation and he loves to swim but we……
