“We didn’t pay for an oceanfront view, so I knew we’d have a street view but I expected to still have a personal balcony. We got to the room and opened the balcony door to find the roof. When talking to other guests on our floor, we learned that everyone on the 2nd floor without an ocean view had access to the roof. Needless to say, we kept the balcony door locked because it seemed like a potential security issue. The staff was polite and helpful. At first one of our room keys wasn’t working……

“The hotel is easy to park, staff friendly and relatively clean.”

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“People should know that it is a remote registration hotel. There is no on-site front desk. But it works pretty well.”

“the Inn was very clean, and the staff was great, you have a view of the ocean and such on a balcony. Parking was easy to manage. I believe housekeeping is requested, but other than that great place to stay.”

“The staff was very professional and helpful as I had to hide three different layovers and they were understanding and patient. I enjoyed the breakfast and their staff was very attentive as well. I have one feedback about one of the rooms that had two queen beds. I'm not sure but the scent in the pillows smell a bit like cigarette smoke.”

“We arrived around 2:45 and tried to check in, the young man told us the room was not ready but he could go through the check in process and call us when it's ready to come get the keys. We did not get a call by the check in time of 4 O'clock, so we went back to the lobby and ended up waiting in a long line of people waiting to check in and didn't have our room until slightly after 4:30. There are 4 elevators by it gets a little frustrating trying to get one around check-in time until around 9. I……
