“Great resort! Friendly staff, very clean everywhere and good amenities. Pool and hot tub where excellent although it should stay open till 11 not 10pm. So close to the main attractions at the boardwalk but far enough away late night sound was never an issue. Views overlooking the ocean were amazing! “We had a room with a side view of the ocean. The sun would come around to our deck in the afternoon which was nice to enjoy when we got back from our daily activities. It was a quick walk to the beach and very friendly staff. The hotel was in a convenient area , close to everything we wanted to do. Every floor had a beautiful night view of the sky wheel at the end of each hallway We definitely recommend this place. ”

Requested front desk and took about more than two hours to get them and I was late for my appointment. Next day when they cleaned the room didn’t leave the coffee cups. Also had to request extra towels and they brought next morning on the check out day. Requested for and late check out for an hour they absolutely denied it, I was asking for one hour late check out.”

“The room was not oceanfront, we could see the ocean but we were not facing the ocean like the listing showed. We found a child’s sock in our washing machine from the previous tenants. The door is such a pain to open, which usually wouldn’t bother me, but this door got so stuck it was just annoying. There was very loud construction on the lazy river, which we weren’t aware of until 24 hours before our stay. We didn’t even use the pool area because the plumbing trucks took up the entire entrance……
